Standardized Testing Accommodations
The College Board and other organizations that administer standardized testing for college admission, like the SAT's and ACT's, require documentation of a learning disability or ADHD to allow extra time and other accommodations on standardized exams. They require testing to have been completed within 3 years of an accommodation request and that school supports have been put in place for at least several months before receiving exam accommodations. PACES New Mexico provides testing to document these disabilities for these students, which should be completed as early as possible to determine potential accommodations.
